Saasilyum charges on a per-device basis for 30-day periods. By providing a payment method, you expressly authorize us to charge the applicable fees for your selected plan. All fees are stated and charged in INR (or USD for international transactions), and you are responsible for any foreign transaction fees applied by your bank.
We offer a free 2-day trial of our Starter tier for all new accounts. No credit card is required to begin the trial. At the end of the 2-day period, API access will be restricted unless a paid subscription is purchased.
Due to the digital and consumable nature of API services, **all sales are final and non-refundable**. We encourage all users to thoroughly test our service during the 2-day free trial period before committing to a paid plan. Refunds will only be issued in cases of billing errors (e.g., duplicate charges) directly caused by our payment gateway (Razorpay).
You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing dashboard. Your service will remain active until the end of the current 30-day billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.
If a payment fails or is disputed, your account access will be suspended immediately until the balance is resolved.
